Time to say bye-bye to the old year 'Cause New Year is here! Gifts and Sweets are near,  Happiness and Joy is everywhere! Time to make new wishes And have fun all night; Eat your favourite dishes  And make this day bright! Lots of new things to explore, And make a new resolution; Joyful happenings in galore, Without creating pollution.   We were having a competition named ‘Little Astronomers’ in our school. The prize for it was that the winner would get an opportunity to go to the moon with his/her family and friends. I was very excited for the competition so I prepared a lot for it. Finally, the day of the competition arrived. It was of 2 hours! My test went well but I was not sure whether I would be able to go to the moon or not. After few days, the result came out and my joy knew no bounds when I learnt that I had won! My family and I were on cloud nine. We were asked to reach a training center where we would get trained by experts for about 2 months in the USA. It was tough to convince my parents but they agreed at the last. We did all the packing and bookings, and went to the airport.  Finally, we reached the USA; it was an amazing place.   Childhood is important for many different reasons: Firstly, there are not many tensions in childhood. Children are free from overwhelming stress and responsibilities. In childhood, we have plenty of time for education and making our future bright. There is no specific age for learning but during childhood, we have plenty of time to educate and make our future bright. Also, in childhood we have plenty of time to do our hobbies and spend time with each other whereas adults don't have enough time to do that. Adults have to think of several things at the same time whereas children have to only focus on one thing. Our childhood is very enjoyable. It is full of happiness and joy. As a conclusion, childhood is the best of our life and hence we should enjoy it to the full because the time once gone, never comes back.      

  Once upon a time, there was a boy named Rohan, who had aquaphobia. He lived on an island with his family. He also had a best friend named Kanav. Rohan loved to prank others. In a span of a day, he pranked at least 15-20 people.  One day, a guy, named Aarav came to his house. Rohan thought to prank him as well but Aarav was a very clever man. Aarav also had something extra-ordinary. He had eyes on the back as well, but no one could see them. Rohan thought that he would take him to show his house and then when he would show him the compost pit and at the right opportunity push him into it. So, he started to execute his prank.  After showing around his house, he went to show him the pit. When he was just about to push him, Aarav saw with his hind eyes Rohan’s hand coming forward towards his back, he immediately turned around, held Rohan and dragged him towards the pit and finally pushed him into it. We were able to continue our studies even during the pandemic because of technology. Also, because of advanced technology, we have so many apps for studying like Byju’s, Vedantu etc. We can also do online tuitions to excel in studies. Instead of going to malls for shopping, we can buy things online at less price. Also, buying things online is much more convenient than buying things at mall. Nowadays, we use GPS while going out because from it we get to know approximate time we will reach at our destination, how long is the way, etc. Also, Edward Teller said “The Science of today, is the technology of tomorrow.” This states that the Science of the present would be the technology of the future. So, I conclude that technology is helping mankind in many different ways.

Being honest means being truthful. If we will be honest, others would trust us as they will think that we  always speak the truth, whatever the situation is. It is a very good habit of practicing being honest. Honesty also helps in making good friends. It helps us in developing good things in us such as truthfulness, kindness, discipline, etc. It makes us courageous and confident because it is a sign of bravery. Our relationships can be strengthened, if we would be honest. When we lie, we get stressed thinking what if that person (the one whom you have lied) would get to know from someone else. Parents/others scold us because we are wrong not because they don't love us. So always speak the truth and be honest!

  Due to pandemic, school decided to start online classes instead of offline in March 2020 so that students could continue studying. This journey "from offline to online" was very different, a little difficult for some students but in this journey, children were able to explore a lot! They got to know that there are various types of  platforms in which we can do meetings like - Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Impartus, etc. They also got to know that in these platforms, there are many options to do various things like sharing screen, chat tab, unmute/mute, etc. Thirdly, they got to know that there is a software known as 'PowerPoint' with which we can make presentations. Then, after two years, slowly and steadily, Covid began to evade and the school got a chance to switch to offline mode. When we got to know about this, we were on cloud nine! We were very excited to meet our friends and teachers physically and we would also be able to have more fun!

  A recent change in my life which I both hated and loved for different reasons was when I changed my room. I hated it as my older room had a view of the garden but my new room doesn't have. My older room was hot in winters as compared to my new room. I loved it as it has two cupboards where I can keep my things whereas my older room only had one cupboard. It has a bed beside my table but in my older room there was not. So, overall it was a nice experience for me!😊

  The book Matilda is by a British author Roald Dahl and is illustrated by Quentin Blake. Matilda is a young little extra-ordinary girl who is very fond of reading books, very intelligent and a fast learner.  She has read every child’s book in the library and a few for adults. She can even do advanced math in her head. Her father, a rotten car salesman, and her mother, obsessed with playing bingo all the afternoon, treat her almost as terribly as the nasty Miss Agatha Trunchbull, the child-hating headmistress at her school, Crunchem Hall School. In the school, Matilda meets her sweet, loving & caring class teacher, Miss Honey. Matilda discovered that she has a power in her eyes from which she can lift and break things. From her superpower she helped Miss Honey to get her mansion back from Miss Trunchbull.   The Postmaster is from Kolkata and is city bred. He did not find it easy to mingle with the village folk. He greatly missed his family members. He tried to spend his time by writing poetry. He found a little girl, an orphan called Ratan who helped him with his chores. The postmaster was comfortable while sharing about his family members and how much he missed them to Ratan. When the postmaster got ill, she played a role of his little mother. Unfortunately, the two were separated at the last. When the postmaster application for a transfer was rejected, he resigned from his job and returned to his family, leaving Ratan alone.   The Kabuliwala was a tall Afghan, who wore a dirty loose robe, a turban and had a large bag slung across his shoulder. He was a patient listener and cracked a lot of good jokes. The Kabuliwala also had a daughter and Mini reminded him of his daughter; so whenever he used to come to Mini, he brought a handful of nuts.   Environment care is the action of protecting our environment in all the possible ways that humans can do. Hence, it is very important to protect and spread awareness of our nature as "Nature is our life, so if we will not take care of our nature, it means that we are not taking care of our lives." We can take care of it by planting more plants, protecting animals, conserving water and electricity and reducing the air, water and land pollution and the usage of plastic.

Today I will tell you my experience of the similarities and the differences between the experience of reading a book VERSUS watching the same story through a movie with the cite examples from Matilda are: In the book we have to visuali z e the characters in our mind but in the movie everything is front of us. While reading the book we can understand the words properly and if we want to know the meaning, we can search it on google but in the movie sometimes we are not able to listen or understand the English words properly. S ometimes, in the movie some part is not added or sometimes some extra part is adds that is sometimes funny or emotional as well like in the movie of Matilda the extra part that was added was funny and we also can be entertained by it  but there were some situations where Miss Trunchbull behaved rudely to the pupils which made me emotional. Ingredients: Breads Mayonnaise  Chopped cucumber and onion White and black salt Process: Step 1- Take two slices of bread and spread mayonnaise to it (on both of the bread slices) Step 2- Put cucumber and onion slices on it (2 cucumber slice on the top of the bread slice and 2 onion slices on the bottom of the bread slice) Step 3- Put some black and white salt spreading on the slice and put the 2nd slice of  the bread on the other slice of it.   The Covid-19 has brought with it many challenges but it also has been heartwarming to see people coming forward to help one-another in these tough times, so today I am going to tell that how I helped my family and other people in this pandemic but first I will tell that what are the main things that are necessary to follow. The most important point is that we should not panic, in case we get infected by covid. We should wear a mask while going out. Whatever things come to our home; we sanitize it properly so that the germs can go away from that thing. We should avoid to go out of home when it is not much necessary. We should also wash our hands regularly.  So, these were the points which were commonly said to do but now I am going to tell that how I helped my family and other people in this pandemic. My parents were also infected by covid but we didn’t panic because if we will panic, we will be weak and if we will be weak then the virus will become strong and it will attack...

Want to make an easy, delicious dessert? Then come, let us make a yummy fruit cream!! Ingredients: 1. 1 tetrapack of Amul Fruit Cream 2. Fruits- Apples, Mangoes, Grapes, Pomegranates 3. Dryfruits (Optional) 4. A bowl 5. Tablespoon 6. Chopping board 7. Knife Process: Step 1- Pour the Amul food cream into the bowl. Step 2- Add sugar powder into the bowl. Step 3- Stir it continuously for five minutes.  Step 4- Cut the fruits on the cutting tray [UNDER PARENT SUPERVISION] Step 5- Add the pieces of fruits into the bowl and stir it well.   MATILDA My favorite fictional character is Matilda. She is my favorite character as she is very intelligent, brave and magical. I think she is intelligent as at a very small age she loves to read and she is excellent at all the subjects. According to me, she is brave because she can bear her parents who are so rude. I believe she is magical as she can do magic with her eyes with which she can move things. If I will meet her then I will ask her how she can solve all the problems, and how can she bear such difficult parents.

  Online Classes It has been my dream to attend the online class It has been finally fulfilled! I interact with my teachers and best friends. And our conversation has no end.   I wear casuals in my classes, sit on my sofa, munching my food. I know it’s rude. But it lights up my mood.   After the class, I turn of my laptop And with a hungry tummy, Towards the kitchen, I hop.
